We're very excited that Nick Wallace from Wallace Farms - Grass Fed Beef Farm is offering Doug's Last Wish to his buying club group throughout Iowa and Illiois. If first met Nick and an introduction by Andy Brudtkuhl.  I gave him a bottle of DLW and he tried it.  The response was, "Wow it's great..and I'm using on everything."  Perfect.  But one small issue came up.  He knew that his customer base would demand an organic blend so they're certain they know what they're getting.  While our regular blend uses high quallty ingredients...I understood the request.

After some reforumulation and sourcing we nailed it.  Now DLW is an organic blend.  Now get this, my research showed that there is no Organic designation for salt from the FDA.  Think about that for a minute...you don't grow salt.  You harvest it.  But there are "minimally processed" salts and that's what we demanded and what we use.

So if you're a member of Nick's Buying Club...go ahead and ask for your bottle of DLW on your next order and get ready to make amazing beef...even more "oh my gosh this is good."
